Packaging Supplies - Project

About Us

To reduce the total cost of shipping, counting freight, damage, material and labor together rather than selling the cheapest carton available.

Who We Are

About Our Company

T-Emballage AB supplies packaging materials and equipment to e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, logistics providers, food producers and retailers around . Our range includes corrugated boxes in multiple board grades and flute profiles, mailers and poly bags, void fill and protective packaging, stretch and shrink film, strapping, tape and dispensers, labels, pallets and unitizing supplies, food-grade packaging and packaging equipment from hand tools through semi-automatic machines. Every corrugated product is specified by board grade, edge crush test rating and flute profile, because those figures determine stacking strength and handling survival, and a carton bought on unit price alone frequently costs far more in damage and freight.

Packaging decisions are freight decisions. Dimensional weight pricing means an oversized carton is charged as though it were heavy, and most shippers are paying for air in every parcel they send. T-Emballage AB works through carton sizing, void reduction and material selection with real numbers, including freight impact, material cost and labor per pack. We also run transit testing, because the common instinct to add more cushioning often fails to address the actual failure mode, whether that is compression in a stack, corner drop or vibration over a long haul. For food producers we supply food-contact compliant materials with documentation, and for regulated shippers we address labeling and material requirements properly.

Packaging Supplies - Service

Core Capabilities

  • Corrective actions address the cause, not just the instance.
  • Public separation and traffic management are planned before equipment arrives.
  • Annual management review sets measurable objectives for the following year.
  • Documentation is retained for the full period the contract and statute require.
  • Supervisors sign off on completion; crews do not sign off on themselves.
  • Nonconformities are logged, corrected and closed with evidence.

Our Mission

To specify protective packaging from tested performance, so products arrive intact without paying for cushioning that does nothing.

Our Advantages

Why Clients Choose Us

Dimensional Weight Analyzed

Carton size drives freight cost under dimensional pricing. Right-sizing frequently pays for itself on shipping before material savings are counted.

Board Specified, Not Guessed

Board grade, edge crush rating and flute profile determine stacking and handling survival. Price per carton alone tells you nothing useful.

Equipment Matched To Volume

Automation is recommended against your actual throughput, and we will tell you when a hand tool is the correct answer.

Containment Force On Pallets

Most pallet failures come from inadequate containment, not thin film. We measure wrap force and pattern rather than just changing gauge.

Cost Per Sealed Carton

Tape is compared on cost per sealed carton including labor and failure rate, not price per roll, which reverses the answer surprisingly often.

Testing Before Material Changes

Drop, compression and vibration testing identify the real failure mode, which usually means less cushioning rather than more.

Records You Can Audit

Documentation is retained, indexed and exportable, so a records request years later does not become a research project.

Response That Holds Up

Contracted clients reach a dispatcher, not a voicemail box. Call-out performance is tracked and reported alongside scheduled work.

Written Scope, No Surprises

Quantities, frequencies, specifications and exclusions are agreed in writing before work starts, which is why change orders on our contracts are the exception.

Board grade, edge crush test rating and flute profile determine whether a carton survives stacking and handling. Buying boxes by price per unit without them is guessing.

What We Do

Void Fill & Protective Packaging
Step 01

Void Fill & Protective Packaging

Air pillows, paper void fill, foam-in-place, molded and fabricated foam, bubble, corrugated inserts, edge and corner protection, and anti-static materials for electronics. Selection is driven by the actual failure mode identified in testing rather than by adding cushioning volume indiscriminately.

Mailers, Poly Bags & E-Commerce Packaging
Step 02

Mailers, Poly Bags & E-Commerce Packaging

Poly mailers, padded and bubble mailers, rigid mailers, courier bags, polybags and tamper-evident options sized to common product profiles. For e-commerce we focus on dimensional weight thresholds, tear resistance in automated sortation and the unboxing experience where brand presentation matters.

Request a Quote
Food Grade & Regulated Packaging
Step 03

Food Grade & Regulated Packaging

Food-contact compliant films, bags, containers, trays and liners with documentation, plus guidance on labeling and material requirements for regulated shipments. We supply the compliance paperwork your auditor will ask for rather than an assurance that it is fine.

Request a Quote
Tape, Labels & Identification
Step 04

Tape, Labels & Identification

Carton sealing tape in acrylic, hot melt and water-activated formats, filament and specialty tapes, dispensers, thermal and laser labels, shipping label stock and ribbon. Water-activated tape improves seal integrity and tamper evidence on heavier cartons, and we compare true cost per sealed carton rather than cost per roll.

Packaging Equipment & Tooling
Step 05

Packaging Equipment & Tooling

Tape dispensers, strapping tools, stretch wrap machines, impulse and band sealers, void fill systems, case erectors and scales, with parts and service referral. Equipment is recommended against your volume, since a machine that saves labor at a thousand packs a day cannot be justified at fifty.

Request a Quote
Transit Testing & Packaging Design
Step 06

Transit Testing & Packaging Design

Drop, compression and vibration testing against recognized transit test protocols, with reporting that identifies the actual failure mode. Packaging is then designed or revised against that evidence, which routinely results in using less material rather than more.

Request a Quote
Stretch Film, Shrink & Unitizing
Step 07

Stretch Film, Shrink & Unitizing

Hand and machine stretch film in multiple gauges and pre-stretch grades, shrink film and systems, strapping in polyester, polypropylene and steel, plus corner boards and pallet unitizing supplies. We evaluate wrap pattern and containment force, since most pallet failures come from insufficient containment rather than thin film.

Request a Quote
Corrugated Boxes & Custom Sizing
Step 08

Corrugated Boxes & Custom Sizing

Stock and custom corrugated cartons in single, double and triple wall, specified by board grade, edge crush test rating and flute profile for the stacking and handling your shipments actually see. Custom sizing reduces dimensional weight and void fill simultaneously, and we state minimum run quantities and lead times honestly before a project starts.

Our Process

How We Work

  1. 1

    Review Products And Shipping Profile

We look at what you ship, how it fails, your carriers, dimensional weight thresholds, pack labor and current material cost per shipment.

  2. 2

    Test The Current Packaging

Drop, compression and vibration testing on your existing pack identifies the real failure mode rather than relying on assumptions about damage.

  3. 3

    Design And Cost Alternatives

We propose options with material cost, freight impact and pack labor quantified, including whether custom sizing is justified at your volume.

  4. 4

    Implement And Measure

Stock is set up for same-day availability, custom items scheduled, and we track damage rates and freight cost to confirm the change worked.

Often not. If the failure mode is stack compression or vibration, additional cushioning does nothing while adding cost and dimensional weight. Testing identifies the actual mode first. In our experience the right answer frequently involves less material arranged better, not more material.

Board grade describes the liner and medium construction, while edge crush test rating measures the board resistance to top-to-bottom compression, which is what determines stacking strength in a warehouse or on a pallet. These figures predict whether a carton survives; price per unit does not.

It depends on carton weight, surface, storage conditions and whether tamper evidence matters. Water-activated tape gives a stronger, tamper-evident seal on heavy cartons, while hot melt is faster for light goods. Compare cost per sealed carton including labor and failure rate rather than price per roll.

Carriers charge by dimensional weight, which converts package volume into a billable weight. An oversized carton is charged as if it were heavy regardless of actual contents. Right-sizing often reduces freight cost per shipment enough to pay for custom cartons on its own, before counting reduced void fill.

Yes. We provide food-contact compliance documentation for applicable films, bags, containers and liners, which is what a food safety audit will request. If a product lacks that documentation we will say so rather than offering a verbal assurance.

Minimums depend on size, board grade, print method and color count, and plate or tooling costs apply on first runs. We state minimums and lead times before any design work, and we will tell you if your volume makes stock cartons with a printed label the more sensible route.
